Selena Gomez showcased her long lean legs with the warm-weather staple at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday, April 2. Selena can pull of almost any look so she opted for a high-waisted, embroidered pair of short-shorts that gave her orange carpet look a cool retro feel.

Word of warning: Be sure to wear white shorts with sandals – either flat or high-heeled like the teal Camilla Skovgaard stilettos that SelGo wore – to avoid making your legs look too stumpy. If you must wear a closed-toe shoe, opt for a nude heel to make your legs look elongated.
